These are a series of prayers to Sithis and Mephala/The Night Mother from canonical and non-canonical sources. Feel free to use this for any Melonii characters or any characters who worship these deities! Unfortunately, some of these sites have gone down since I have collected them, so I will try to cite them if I can.

This is the typical prayer used to summon the Dark Brotherhood's services via The Night Mother
Sweet Mother, sweet Mother,

(This sounding like the slithering of things in the darkness, and the echoes in the cavernous Refuge are... disturbing.)
Mistress of Secrets, We beseech You to bless this grouping,
Enacted in secret, drawing tight the hidden strings,
Changing without revealing, directing without touching,
And with the completion of our pattern, You guide Destiny as You see fit.


Seduction Prayer
(This time, her tone begins soft and seductive, but as the words move on, they become filled with steel and menace.)
Mistress of Secrets, Binder of Fates,
I have drawn this soul to me and made them mine.
Innocence replaced by experience and confusion replaced with devotion.
