I shy away from OOC plotting and planning whenever possible. A majority of my threads are all-welcome, and even if I've tagged somebody in the thread, feel free to hop in. Tags that I use are not meant to be mandatory by any means, but rather used to signify I'd like a thread if—and only if—you have the availability.
